Property layouts for Epstein's private Caribbean island among the images.
Also featured in this recent document disclosure appears to be a property layout for Great St James island, found in the Caribbean US territory.
Epstein bought a more modest island - the Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but acquired the more expansive Great St James in the year 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.
These photos suggest he had formulated development schemes to develop the 161-acre island by building homes, an performance venue, an underwater office and a swimming pool.
Visible on the drawing is a channel, a marine passage in the US Virgin Islands, noted on the lower right-hand corner.
The architectural drawing is annotated in handwritten red notes and includes a legend identifying distinct areas of the land.
In addition to the main plan are what seem to be an additional nine property layouts and construction drawings, featuring designs for dock shelters.
Further documentation released as part of the ongoing congressional disclosure.
